Information you provide
TANITY Global Med Comms receives contact details and any academic, institutional or project information you choose to provide through our website or email. If you submit a LinkedIn lead form, we receive the details you choose to submit. Providing information is voluntary, but we need enough detail to respond to your request.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations and provide requested services. We do not use your information for marketing.
Your work stays yours
We treat your documents, research and other client work as confidential. We do not share or publish your work, or claim ownership or authorship of it. Ownership and authorship remain yours.
Website services
Website form entries pass through Formspree. GitHub Pages hosts the site, and Google Fonts supplies its fonts. These providers may process submissions or technical details such as IP addresses, including outside South Africa, under their own privacy policies. LinkedIn handles information submitted on its platform under LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy.
Privacy questions and requests
For questions about your information, including how long it is kept, or to request access, correction or deletion, email medcomms@tanityglobal.com. You may also raise a privacy concern with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
